The end of workplace incivility, the beginning of increased profit! employee relations

If you:

  • You don’t like the way people at your place of business treat one another and you have a growing concern about the impact on customer service.
  • You are being bullied, embarrassed, humiliated or harassed at work either verbally, physically or through written communication.
  • You’re not sure if incivility is an issue for your workplace, but you often feel tension among team members.
  • You have an inkling that lack of collaboration and comradery may be costing your organization money.
  •  Your organization frequently hires consultants or enlist your EAP/ HR department for mediation and conflict resolution between workers.
  • You feel excessively tired at the end of the day—and you suspect the exhaustion isn’t from the work itself.
  • Your Sunday night blues have turned into Sunday afternoon blues with feelings of dread (and possible nausea) thinking about how hostile  workplace can be.
  • You’re concerned about emotional safety at work, but your organization isn’t.
  • Your organization continues to promote and/or will not demand corrective action for high performers who are disruptive and disrespectful.
  • You have workers being intimidated, yelled at or belittled and you’re either not sure what to do or you’ve gotten little support in how to eradicate it.

There is a solution. This process of culture shift will produce profit, increase productivity  and promote wellness in your organization.
